Oman Resources

Founded by John McKeon and Towfik Al Swaidi, Oman Resources Limited is an Irish registered company. Since 2010 Oman Resources has farmed into four exploration blocks in Turkey, funding $26m to date across the four blocks under farm-in agreements with ARAR, the partner and operator. Oman Resources has a 50% interest in the Konya 4077 block in central Turkey and a 50% in three blocks in Hatay in the south of Turkey: 4396, 4395, 4394. The blocks have had several discoveries of oil and gas. Production of CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) commenced in Hatay in June 2011.
